Sorry Board Game
Sorry Board Game is a game of luck, strategy and determination. Sorry! is a cross and circle board game designed by William Henry Storey and was published by Parker Brothers. In this game, each player has his own 'start' and 'home' location. A player has to get all his four pawns from the start square to the home square. The first player to do so wins. This game is played by drawing cards instead of a dice. The players have to follow instructions written on the card.
This game is fun and exciting especially for the kids as the player can send back the opponents pawn back to the starting line and forcing him to start again. Therefore, Sorry! is also known as the game of sweet revenge and kids just love it.
Sorry! Board Game Rules
- Each player chooses four pawns of the same color and one player is selected to play first.
- In a turn, a player draws one card from the stack. To space a pawn outside of start a player has to either draw card 1 or card 2.
- Two pawns cannot occupy the same square. A pawn that lands on a square occupied by another sends that pawn back to it's own start. Players can't bump their own pawns back to start.
- The last five squares before home are the "Safety Zone". Access is limited to those pawns of the same color.

I have literally spent hours playing Sorry with my grandson but he has kind of outgrown the game now that he is a senior and playing soccer full time. Good array of games.
I've never played Sorry! but I think I'm going to give it a try now. I never really knew anything about the game besides seeing the kid on T.V. saying "Sorry!"
I can still hear their voices "SORRY"! We had kids in and out of the house all the time and this was one of their favorite board games.
I have not seen this game before, I will have to give it a try.

Sorry- one of my most favorite games. Maybe because this was the only game I could beat my brother at! Ah thanks for the memory of that one. Sorry is for sure a must have board game!!
